Professional Experience
2024 was a very good year-we were involved in multiple large deals throughout the State of West Virginia including the sale of the CASCI Building which will be the future Mid-Atlantic headquarters for TC Energy. Ground has been broken on a new $65 million building in downtown Charleston. Likewise we have been involved with the new baseball stadium for Marshall University for 5 years which culminated in a new stadium opening this past spring. We sold a 5 acre lot to United Motorsports for their new store site in Danville as well as a new Taco Bell location in Chapmanville. I brokered the sale of the 107,000SF former Vossloh building in Poca to Advantage Valley. Two $2 million plus sales include the former Truist Operations building on Piedmont Road and TC Energy location in St Albans. Some other sales include the Dive Shop in Jefferson, 2350 23rd Street complex in Nitro, the new Phat Daddy’s in Charleston and the former Peeples in Logan.
