Michael P. Thompson is the Co-Founder and Principal of RealCorp, LLC, a Charleston-based commercial and industrial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, leasing, consulting, and investment services across West Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Since founding RealCorp in 1986, he has represented national corporations, developers, and institutional investors in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and investment properties statewide and regionally.

Throughout his career, Mike has successfully led complex real estate transactions for Fortune 500 companies and many regional and institutional investors. A long-standing member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and past member in the Councilors of Real Estate (CRE). Mike continues to guide RealCorp’s growth and oversee the firm’s major assignments throughout Charleston and the broader West Virginia and regional markets.
